Because it is such a large vista a single photo wasn’t enough.
I was traveling down the highway that runs along the north side of the Columbia river when this boat caught my eye, it begged me to turn around and capture it before it capsized.
It was a cool misty morning when I caught this shot. I was taking my daily hike around the lake when the mist allowed me to capture this moment.
With the rugged beauty of the hills around Zions and then finding a spot where this ruggedness and man’s influence meet I thought would be an interesting shot.
I was actually seeking this shot, something what would fit in a Sepia Photo, one can see the farm and then the Columbia Gorge beyond.
