Bizarre Object found in Siberia
This bizarre object was found buried 40 meters underground by excavators working in a Siberian open pit mine in Russia The object was discovered at the Kuzbassrazrezugol mine in the Kuznetsk Basin . The strange saucer-shaped object was dug up by two miners working their shift excavating the pit in Siberia.
Excavator Boris Glazkov, 40, who found the object, said: “I have to say it wasn’t hard to see as it was really distinctive and large.
“I’ve never seen anything like this object, which is obviously man-made, found out here in the middle of nowhere. It is a real mystery.”
His colleague, Arthur Presnyakov, 38, said: “There were actually two similar objects, but the first one broke as it was being pulled out of the ground by the excavator bucket.
“We thought we saw something sure, because it broke into pieces, but then when the second one appeared we stopped work and carefully removed it from the bucket.”
Sparking a Controversy
The artifact itself is about 1.2 meters in diameter and weighs 200kg and looks like an ancient shield.
Could it be an Ancient Shield?
Its discovery has sparked debate and controversy with some suggesting that it could be thousands of years old. Mammoth bones have been dug up at a depth of 25 meters and with this being at 40 meters suggests it could be much older. Archaeologists have been called in to examine the find, thus far nothing has been revealed. Sky watcher believe it fell from outer space but this is pure speculation.
Web-users have their own ideas.
OliPokro20 commented: “It doesn’t look man-made to me. Why on earth would a human create such a weird object and bury it so deeply?
“I think it must have come from outer space.”
No matter where in came from or how it got there, it’s certainly a mystery.
